# Email invoices to Booko

Prefer email over uploading? Booko can create separate email addresses for your administration: one for costs and one for revenue. Invoices you send there are queued for AI classification automatically.

## Steps

1. Click **Upload invoice**.
2. At the bottom, expand **Send invoices by email**.
3. Under **Costs Inbox** or **Revenue Inbox**, click **Create email address**.
4. Click **Copy address** and save it in your address book.
5. Send your invoices to that address, or forward them from your mailbox.

## Which inbox?

- **Costs Inbox**: for supplier bills, receipts and purchase invoices. Creates costs.
- **Revenue Inbox**: for sales-side invoices that should land in revenue. Creates revenue.

## Good to know

- Each inbox shows **Last email received** with a date, so you can see whether your email arrived.
- Need a new address (for example because of spam)? Choose **Regenerate address**. The old address stops working immediately.

## Still stuck?

- Seeing the status **Domain pending** or **Domain not connected yet**? Then inbound email doesn't work yet. Upload your invoices manually for now and ask for a colleague in the chat.
- Nothing shows up under **Costs** or **Revenue** and **Last email received** stays at **Never**? Check the address, then ask for a colleague in the chat.
