Booko has two plans for business owners. You choose one while setting up your administration and can switch later.

The plans

Starter – €9.95 per month, excl. VAT
For keeping your own books.

• 100 AI classifications per month
• 1 user
• 1 bank account
• Recurring invoices: not included
• Year-end closing and annual report: not included

Pro – €19.95 per month, excl. VAT
More room for a growing business, including year-end.

• 500 AI classifications per month
• 3 users
• 3 bank accounts
• Recurring invoices: included
• Year-end closing and annual report: included

When do you pay?

• Does your plan say You don't pay anything yet? Then you only choose your plan for now. As soon as payments through Booko are possible, we'll let you know and you'll have 14 days to add your payment details.
• Does your accounting firm pay for your plan? Then you'll see Subscription through your accountant and you don't pay anything yourself.

Good to know

• Reached this month's AI classification allowance? Bookkeeping keeps working as usual. For more room, you can switch to Pro.
• Your usage is shown under Settings > Subscription in AI classifications ("X of Y this month").

• The subscriptions couldn't be loaded.? Try again later.
• Questions about an invoice, a payment, a refund or a different rate are handled personally: ask for a colleague in the chat.
