Accept an invitation from your accountant

Has your accountant invited you to Booko? You'll receive an email with a link. Through that link you create your password and go straight to your administration.


Steps


  1. Open the invitation email and click the link.
  2. You'll see Create your password.
  3. Enter your Full name, New password (at least 6 characters) and Confirm password.
  4. Click Set password & continue.
  5. You're now in your administration. Your accountant can see it and message you.


Staff members of an accounting firm follow the same steps: the invitation link opens the same screen.


Good to know


  • Client invitation links are valid for 7 days.
  • Already signed in with another account? Sign out first, then open the link again.
  • Booko support will never ask for your password or login codes in chat.


Still stuck?


  • This client invitation is expired or no longer valid. Ask your accountant to resend it.
  • This staff invitation is expired or no longer valid. Ask the firm owner to resend it.
  • Invitation email not arriving, not even in spam? Ask your accountant to resend it. If that doesn't help, ask for a colleague in the chat.
