Finding your way around Booko

The menu on the left gives you every part of your administration.

Overview – Your home page. Shows how many invoices await review, Income & expenses, Needs attention (messages, invoices due soon, transactions to match) and Recent activity. The Upload invoice and New invoice buttons are here too.
Revenue – Your sales invoices, from draft to paid (the page is titled Income).
Costs – All your purchase invoices and receipts in one place.
Transactions – Your bank transactions and matching them to invoices.
Messages – Direct contact with your accountant.
Relations – Your Customers and Suppliers.
Settings – Including Company, Invoicing, Bank connections, Subscription, Account & security, Notifications and Privacy & data.

Handy to know

Click your name at the bottom left for Settings, the language (English/Nederlands), Privacy Policy, Terms of Service and Sign Out.
Need help? opens the support chat.
More than one administration? Choose the one you're working in at the top of the menu.
After 30 minutes without activity you're signed out automatically. You'll first see Are you still there? and can choose Stay signed in.

A section is missing or a page won't load (for example Data unavailable)? Click Try again or refresh the page.
Still a problem? Ask for a colleague in the chat and tell us which page it happens on.
