Change your name, email address or password

You manage your personal details and password yourself in Booko.

Change your name

1. Go to Settings > Account & security.
2. Under Profile, update your Name.
3. Click Save changes.

Change your email address

1. Under Profile, click Change email.
2. Enter your New email address and click Send confirmation.
3. Confirm the change through the email. Until you confirm, your old address stays active.

Change your password

1. Under Security > Password, click Change password.
2. Enter your Current password, then your New Password (at least 8 characters) and Confirm Password.
3. Click Update Password.

Accountants find the same options under Settings > Your profile and Security.

Sign out on other devices

Under Active sessions, click Sign out of other sessions. Your current session stays signed in.

Good to know

• Booko support will never ask for your password, current password or login codes in chat. Don't share them with anyone.
• Forgot your password? See "Login problems and forgotten password".

Still stuck?

• Password must be at least 8 characters. Choose a longer password.
• Change fails although your current password is right? Or the confirmation email for your new address doesn't arrive (not even in spam)? Ask for a colleague in the chat.
